प्रिंटर्स को इनस्टॉल करना (Installing Printers)
कम्प्यूटर में किसी डाक्यूमेंट्स का प्रिंट लेने के लिए सबसे पहले प्रिंटर को इनस्टॉल करना अत्यंत आव्यशक है।
प्रिंटर को इनटॉल करना के लिए निम्न स्टेप्स का प्रयोग करें।
1. System Setting विंडो के हार्डवेयर भाग Printers आइकॉन पर क्लिक करें। इससे Printers की निम्न विंडो प्रदर्शित होगी।
2. इस विंडो के Add बटन पर क्लिक करें। इससे New Printers की निम्न विंडो प्रदर्शित होगी।
3. Enter device URL बॉक्स में लोकल प्रिंटर के लिए URL को एंटर करके Forward बटन पर क्लिक करें। जिससे निम्न विंडो प्रदर्शित होगी।
4. यह सर्च किये गए प्रिंटर को नेटवर्क पर उपस्थित प्रिंटर से सर्च करेगा।
5. Apply बटन पर क्लिक करें।
6. प्रिंटर का ड्राइवर सिस्टम में इनस्टॉल हो चूका है।
प्रिंटर्स को रिमूव करना Removing Printer
प्रिंटर को रिमूव करने के लिए Printer विंडो में से उस प्रिंटर को सेलेक्ट करें , जिसे रिमूव करना चाहते है। सिलेक्टर प्रिंटर पर राइट क्लिक करें तथा Delete बटन पर क्लिक करें। इससे निम्न मेसेज विंडो प्रदर्शित होगी। इस विंडो में डिलीट बटन पर क्लिक करें। इससे सेलेक्ट किया गया प्रिंटर रिमूव हो जायेगा।
प्रिंटर को शेयर करना Sharing Printer
नेटवर्क में प्रिंटर को एक से अधिक कम्प्यूटर के मध्य शेयर किया जा सकता है। प्रिंटर को शेयर करने के लिए Printer विंडो में उस printer को सेलेक्ट करें , जिसे शेयर करना चाहते है।
सिलेक्टेड प्रिंटर पर राइट क्लिक करके प्रॉपर्टीज विकल्प पर क्लिक करें। इससे Printer Properties डाइलिंग बॉक्स क्लिक करके Enabled Accepting jobs और शेयर्ड बोक्स के क्लिक को सुनिशित करें।

Installing Printers
To print any documents in the computer, it is very necessary to install the printer first.
Follow these steps to install the printer.
1. Click on the Printers icon in the Hardware part of the System Settings window. This will display the following window of Printers.
2. Click on the Add button of this window. This will display the following window of New Printers.
3. Enter the URL for the local printer in the Enter device URL box and click the Forward button. Which will display the following window.
4. It will search the searched printer from the printers present on the network.
5. Click on Apply button.
6. The printer driver has been installed in the system.
Removing Printers
To remove the printer, select the printer you want to remove from the Printer window. Right click on Selector Printer and click on Delete button. This will display the following message window. Click the Delete button in this window. This will remove the selected printer.
Sharing Printer Sharing Printer
Printers can be shared between more than one computer in a network. To share a printer, in the Printer window, select the printer you want to share.
Right click on the selected printer and click on Properties option. This will make sure to click Enable Accepting jobs and Shared boxes by clicking the Printer Properties dialing box.
