कम्प्यूटर के अतितिरक्त मोबाइल्स में भी ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम प्रयोग किये जाते है। इस प्रकार स्मार्टफोन , टेब्लेट, और डिजिटल मोबाइल युक्तिओं में प्रयुक्त होने वाले ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम , मोबाइल ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम कहलाते है। मोबाइल ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम , मोबाइल युक्तिओं (Devices) के साथ - साथ इसके विभिन्न Features को भी नियंत्रित करते है।

एंड्राइड (Android)

इस मोबाइल ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम को गूगल ( Google ) द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया था। ये लिनक्स पर आधारित ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम है। इसे प्रमुख रूप से टच स्क्रीन डिवाइसेस ; जैसे - टेबलेट , स्मार्टफोन  आदि के लिए बनाया गया है। 

आइओस ( iOS )

यह एक Apple Incorporation द्वारा निर्मित एक लोकप्रिय मोबाइल ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम है। iOS को 29 जून , 2007 में प्रस्तावित किया गया था , जब पहला आई - फोन विकसित किया गया था। इसका प्रयोग मुख्या रूप से एप्पल के आई - फोन , आई - पॉड , आई - पैड इत्यादि में  किया जाता है। 

विंडोज मोबाइल (Windows Mobile)

यह स्मार्ट फोन और मोबाइल डिवाइसेस में प्रयोग किया जाने वाला माइक्रोसॉफ्ट द्वारा विकसित मोबाइल ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम है। विंडोज मोबाइल ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम नए रूप और Modern Style के कारण लोकप्रिय हो रहे है।

It is a popular mobile operating system manufactured by Apple Incorporation. iOS was introduced on June 29, 2007, when the first iPhone was developed. It is mainly used in Apple's i-phone, i-pod, i-pad etc.

Windows Mobile

It is a mobile operating system developed by Microsoft for use in smart phones and mobile devices. Windows mobile operating systems are becoming popular due to the new look and modern style.
